I’ve been a closet cheese lover for many years. I’m no expert. Just someone who usually spends way to much money whenever there is good cheese to be had. Unfortunately, Philly has way to many good places for cheese.

I figured it was time to start logging the cheeses I’ve tasted, and it’s an even better excuse to go back and try all those previously tasted (and not logged) cheeses again!
