		<description><![CDATA[Picked up this Ossau Iraty style cheese from the French Pyrenees / Basque region to go with a July 4th tapas meal. The color was what attracted me. This cheese is coated in Piment d&#8217;Espelette. Texture was semi-firm to firm with a wonderful nutty aroma and taste, and a slight sweetness, but very well balanced. [...]]]></description>
